January 29, 2012 SUCKS – Do Not Order from No More Rack

If you want cheap crap that takes over 30 days to receive is your place.

I’ve only placed 2 orders with them – both were terrible experiences.

Both took almost 6 weeks to arrive. My first order was for what was advertised as iPad charging cables. Problem is – THEY DON’T CHARGE the iPad!!! So, that’s a small problem.

Second order was for Hello Kitty hair clips for my daughter. Just over 30 days later, what should arrive but imitation wanna be Barbie like doll hair clips. So it took them a month to send me the wrong product. Hey, it happens I supposed. So I emailed their customer service this time. Their response was terrible. Basically the told me that I could return the product if I didn’t like it at my expense. So let me get this straight – they send the wrong product, and I have to pay to return it?? And no offer to send the right product.
I followed up by email explaining that I didn’t think I should have to send back the wrong product at my expense and I wanted what I ordered and would return what was sent with a prepaid shipping label. No response.
2 subsequent emails – no response.

So, AVOID – DO NOT BUY unless you feel lucky, like crap and are very patient.

  2. This is too little too late. It should not take me having to post negative reviews and blog about my experience to get this level of service. Had you responded better the first time around we would not have had a problem.

  3. Nomorerack takes a month to get you the product and then you find out its cheap. I bought the 1600 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets that were the most popular according to their site. These sheets look like somebody went to a fabrick store and found a roll that matches the color I wanted and then sowed the sheets. I have honestly never seen sheets this cheap! They aren’t even soft!

  4. I am having a hard time with nomorerack right now! I think they need a class action suit against them because of false advertisement. I had an ipod charger that didnt charge either. I stayed quiet. NOW they offered UGG australian boots with a clear picture and sold as a Black Friday Sale. It has been 27 days and i get an automated response. I did receive one email that they were shipped Dec 10. No boots yet! Now they are offering a refund if I dont get them by Dec 21st. Its the principle and i want to say NO! I want was ordered and what was offered on their site.

    Do you know of anywhere we can go to make a huge complaint? I am willing!
